N Scale BLW Exclusive Special Run

Brooklyn Locomotive Works is pleased to announce the availability a new Sun Oil Company Tanker 3 Pack Set on Micro-Trains GS-4 Tank Car. This is the "Big Brother" to our previous Sunoco offering.
With operations dating all the way back to 1886, Sunoco began as The Peoples Natural Gas Company of Pittsburgh. Following diversification the growing enterprise was renamed the Sun Oil Company of Ohio. Sun expanded internationally after WW II, opening a Canadian refinery in 1953 and a facility in Venezuela in 1957 which has since been nationalized (seized by the Venezuelan government). On the domestic market, Sunoco introduced their "custom blending" and advertised a super-premium 102 octane available that was the highest available at the pumps. In the 1980's Sun developed oil interests in the North Sea and offshore China. In 2004 Sunoco became the official fuel of NASCAR. Most recently, Sunoco (along with BP) has been named as the most environmentally responsible gasoline company by the Sierra Club.
